DAYROOM
The main room in the center of the house opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. With its 4.50 m high ceilings, it is very bright.
The fully-equipped kitchen (US fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, traditional and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, blender, barbecue...) is ideal for cooking meals indoors or outside on the covered terrace.
The lounge area features a corner sofa and a 160 cm SMART TV.
The pergola at the end of the pool invites you to relax with its deckchairs and chiliennes. There's also a large outdoor lounge for aperitifs.
Private swimming pool, part of which has a bench for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, pool alarm, outdoor shower.
Fiber optic internet access
A storeroom with washing machine, hair dryer, safe, ice box, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, etc
The tropical garden is fully fenced and not overlooked,
NIGHT SPACE: A night space on each side of the house composed as follows:
1st area :

This villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility
VILLA PARADIS is located in a wooded complex, entirely fenced in and closed by an electric gate. The villa is rated "5 stars Meublés de Tourisme" for its complete, high-quality facilities
Available: guides to Guadeloupe, numerous brochures, maps, cool box for picnics..
Baby or toddler kit on request: cot, high chair, booster seat, potty bed rail, bathtub..
Rates include household linen (sheets, tea towels, shower mats, etc.), towels and pool towels.
You'll be welcomed with a welcome aperitif and everything you need for the 1st breakfast: coffee, tea, chocolate, jam, bread, fruit juice...
Basic essentials: salt, pepper, oil, sponge, etc. at your disposal
Courtesy kit offered on arrival: new sponge, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine dose, washing-up liquid, coffee filter, 2 rubbish bags..
NOT INCLUDED :
- tourist tax of 3.00 € / adult / night
- 250.00 € cleaning fee
The tourist tax and the maintenance/cleaning package are eligible on arrival and are added to the total cost of the rental
Security deposit :
At the latest on arrival, the lessor will take a credit card imprint of €2,500.00 as a security deposit to cover any rental damage.
