Accommodation
Villa LARIMAR is a new villa located in GOSIER, less than 10 minutes' walk from St Felix beach (via a footpath)
On the first floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and terrace. It includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender..
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, and other equipment: icebox, vacuum cleaner, safe..
If you'd like to watch TV, settle into the living room with sofa and Smart TV (allowing you to connect to your accounts: Disney Chanel, Deezer, You Tube, Netflix ...) opening onto the landscaped outdoor terrace
The covered terrace features a lounge and dining table for 6 to 8 people, with a view of the pool and garden.
A barbecue is available for grilling.
Relax by the pool or on the sun loungers and chill out chairs available.
For travelers' convenience, an outdoor shower is located near the pool. The pool is equipped with an alarm
A separate toilet is on the first floor.

The first bedroom is on the first floor, air-conditioned and includes a king-size bed (180 x 200) with a closet + an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower, a large washbasin and a WC.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 double vanity unit and a separate toilet.

Villa accessible to people with reduced mobility
On arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome aperitif, and for stays of 7 nights or more, we'll provide you with a complimentary 1st breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate, bread, jam, fruit juice, etc.)
The price includes: household linen (sheets, tea towels, etc.), towels and, for lighter travel, swimming pool towels.
Basic products available: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.
Courtesy kit for your arrival: new sponge, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine dose, washing-up liquid, coffee filter, 2 garbage can bags, toilet paper, etc

- tourist tax of 2.30 € / adult / night

The tourist tax and the maintenance/cleaning package are eligible on arrival and are added to the total cost of the rental
Security deposit :
At the latest on arrival, the lessor will take a credit card imprint of €1,500.00 as a security deposit to cover any rental damage.
