For your comfort and peace of mind, as well as that of those around you, we ask each of our tenants to kindly comply with the recommendations and instructions contained in these house rules. We therefore invite you to read them below.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The purpose of these rules and regulations is to remind everyone of their rights and duties, and to organize life on the premises in the interests of all.

Lagon Paradis is a complex of 6 tourist villas, each with its own private swimming pool or Jacuzzi, and its own private, fully fenced garden.

Check-in time is 5pm and check-out time is 10am. (When possible, we'll be happy to change the check-in and check-out times to suit your flight schedule)


Parking spaces available: please respect the parking spaces allocated to each villa (unless otherwise authorized)

At the start of the rental period, the lessor will hand over the keys and instructions to the lessee.

At the latest on arrival in the accommodation, the Tenant will give the Lessor a security deposit to cover any damage and/or deterioration to the accommodation and the furniture and furnishings in the accommodation caused by the Tenant, as well as any loss of keys or objects.

The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant within a maximum of 8 days after departure, after deduction, where applicable, of sums covering damage and/or deterioration to the accommodation and the furniture and furnishings in the accommodation caused by the Tenant, as well as loss of keys or objects.

Failure to comply with the tenant's obligations (mentioned below) may result in the immediate cashing of the deposit.


OUR COMMITMENT

We undertake to provide accommodation in a clean and functional condition.

Our service includes the supply of the following items:

- A welcome guide, documentation on Guadeloupe

- Welcome drink

- For stays of 7 nights or more: Breakfast basket for your 1st breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate, fruit juice, bread and jam)

- Bed linen and beds made up on arrival

- Bathroom linen

- Pool towels

- Free wi-fi

- Water, electricity and air conditioning

Staples: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters ....

- arrival kit to start your stay: toilet paper, sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 garbage can bag, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine tablet

- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, blender, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, serving dishes, etc.)


IMPORTANT TO KNOW

We're Kids Friendly! Babies and children are welcome. To make your stay easier, we provide a cot (with thick mattress, draw sheet and fitted sheet), a high chair, a small bathtub and a potty. And for young children, a bed rail, a chair booster and a toilet seat reducer
Please specify the age of your children when booking.


TENANT'S OBLIGATIONS

- The tenant is responsible for the peaceful use of the rented accommodation, furniture and equipment in accordance with their intended purpose, and for any damage or loss that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises which he/she has exclusive use of. He may not include persons in addition to those provided for in the contract.

- The tenant undertakes to respect the accommodation's capacity. He may not invite guests without the owner's written consent.

- The tenant must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbors, in particular that emitted by radio, television and swimming pool equipment.

- The tenant must be discreet when using the swimming pool (no shouting, jumping, or swimming too early or too late to disturb the neighbors).

- Parties and evenings with music are strictly forbidden in the accommodation. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction. No reimbursement can be claimed by the tenant, and the latter can exercise no recourse against the lessor.

- Pets are not allowed without the owner's written consent.

- The villa is non-smoking; smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation

- At the end of the rental period, the accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition: see the procedure for returning the villa on the last page.

- If the accommodation is returned in an abnormally dirty condition, the tenant undertakes to pay for any additional cleaning that the lessor is obliged to carry out.

- End-of-stay cleaning does not include cleaning of the barbecue. If the barbecue is not returned in the same state of cleanliness in which it was lent to you, you will be charged a cleaning fee of €50.

Failure to comply with any of the above obligations will result in a reduction in the security deposit, in proportion to the damage caused, and/or immediate eviction without any refund of sums paid in the event of parties or receptions with persons not covered by the contract.

The lessee shall have no recourse against the lessor in the event of theft or damage to the rented premises.


RETURN OF THE VILLA

We will check that the villa is in good condition and that all equipment is in good working order:

If, upon return of the villa, the return procedure has not been followed (see procedure below), an additional cleaning fee will be charged, based on the number of hours of cleaning required.

If on return of the villa, furniture or objects are missing, damaged or broken, the tenant will be liable for the amount of the intervention required to restore or replace the objects or furniture. The security deposit will only be returned to the tenant once the tenant has paid it.

The security deposit may be cashed by the lessor if the lessee refuses to pay the amount required to replace the damaged, broken or missing item(s).

Procedure for returning the villa

Please observe the following instructions:

- Empty garbage cans

- Leave bed linen in place, do not remove anything,

- Collect toilet and beach towels in the shower rooms

- All dishes must be washed and stored in the cupboards, and the dishwasher emptied.

- If you have used connected TV services (Deezer, Netflix, You Tube, ...) don't forget to log out so that the following tenants don't have access to your accounts

- Clean the barbecue grill, empty the ashes
