The villa LA PERLE is a villa located in GOSIER 5 minutes' walk from St Félix beach. It welcomes you (4 to 6 people + 1 baby) in a green, quiet and ventilated setting.

The huge covered terrace in front of the pool invites you to laze on the sun loungers and chiliennes

There's a large outdoor lounge for aperitifs, and a dining area for outdoor meals (barbecue)

Private swimming pool with alarm and pool shower. The main room opens entirely onto the terrace, and the fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking delicious meals (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso and traditional coffee makers, toaster, etc.). The lounge area is equipped with a corner sofa, a 135 cm TV that lets you connect to your NETFLIX and DEEZER accounts, and internet access throughout the house

LA PERLE is rated "4 stars Meublé de tourisme" for its comprehensive, high-quality amenities: Wifi Fiber, air conditioning in bedrooms, brand-name bedding, deckchairs and outdoor shower, connected TV, barbecue, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe, picnic cooler... Enclosed landscaped garden, not overlooked. 2 parking spaces inside the compound. Baby kit on request: cot, high chair, bed rail, booster seat, bathtub, potty ...

This villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility

On arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome drink, and for stays of 7 nights or more, we'll provide you with a complimentary 1st breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate, bread, jam, fruit juice, etc.)

The price includes: household linen (sheets, tea towels, etc.), towels and, for lighter travel, swimming pool towels

Basic products available: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc

FREE courtesy kit for your arrival: new sponge, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine dose, washing-up liquid, coffee filter, 2 garbage bags..

Not included :

- tourist tax of 2.30 € / adult / night

- cleaning fee of €150.00

The tourist tax and the maintenance/cleaning package are eligible on arrival and are added to the total cost of the rental

Security deposit :

At the latest on arrival, the lessor will take a credit card imprint of €1,500.00 as a security deposit to cover any rental damage.
